We are currently seeking a Volunteer Fulfillment Manager whose primary role will be to accept and process donated items. The Volunteer Fulfillment Manager's responsibilities include verifying delivered items, packing and unpacking packages, classifying them, ensuring that packages match invoices, preparing packages for shipping, and processing all company shipments with the required paperwork, including shipping labels. Applicants for the position of Volunteer Fulfillment Manager must possess a keen eye for detail and basic math skills. The Volunteer Fulfillment Manager's duty is to ensure that the correct packages are received before preparing them for onward transportation to one of our sorting centers and donor hubs.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Receive postal donations and shipments, and sign paperwork upon receipt
Receive brand new items for donations from online stores
Check the goods for damage and perform a detailed visual inspection
Organize received donations by type, weight, and condition, and prepare them for shipment
Provide reports to your Supervisor
Prepare packages for shipment and provide detailed reports of shipped items
Pick-up parcels from local stores, donation hubs and post offices
Pick-up donated items directly from donors in your area
Process all company shipments with required paperwork including shipping labels
Requirements:
Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data
Solid understanding of health and safety regulations
Basic math and recording abilities
Excellent organizational skills
Great communication and interpersonal abilities
Keen eye for detail
High school diploma
Able to read, write, and speak English
Works well independently as well as with a team
Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Professional interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in using office automation systems
Proficiency in writing and preparing memorandums and project papers
Knowledge of Postal Service requirements and codes
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
